I want to go to akaraka but I’m at the wrong yonsei. Its happening in seoul where i might go Saturday but apparently the festival is today only. Bummer.

So last weekend I spent the afternoon with a Chinese classmate wandering around Seoul, eventually making it to the Ewha/Hongik Uni areas. This was my first time in the areas but now I’m so jealous of the students at Ehwa, Hongik and Yonsei! Being close to restaurants and so so many stores and a cinema….Although it is a bit loud and crowded at night.

News stations all over the world continue to rant of the terrible happenings on the Korean peninsula, yet being in South Korea continues to be a relaxing and wonderful experience.
